The City of San Antonio Department for Culture & Creative Development’s Public Art San Antonio (PASA) division has launched the next installment of X MARKS THE ART with RESYMBOL. RESYMBOL is a public art project that explores the creative use and placement of artist-designed symbols within the City’s downtown environment.
